GrowthCube was founded in 2015 by Phil Brown, following a senior technical and diplomatic career in the UK civil service, of which five years was spent in Southern Africa. Dr Jenna Jamal joined in 2019, strengthening GrowthCube's capabilities in strategy consulting, performance improvement and financial management.

Phil Brown
Phil is a trade and private sector development consultant, specialising in trade negotiations and policy; export and investment promotion; and the application of disruptive technologies for development.
Recent clients have included PwC, Inmarsat and the UK Space Agency.
Jenna Jamal
Jenna is a highly experienced consultant, with expertise in change management, performance improvement, business case development and financial management across a range of sectors including retail, cloud computing, financial services and the public sector.
